Self Surveillance, Risk of Power, Trickster, Leader, Serf, Wallflower (TLSW) is a 3 day participatory performance with a full staff of trained Tavistock Group Relations practitioners, exploring the vulnerability of surfacing group dynamics in real time while being used as artistic material. The participatory here-and-now work is intercepted with a series of theatrical events that use reenactment and improvisation to explore similar themes. The material for the reenactment is mined from the Authority, Emotion, and Exclusion recordings.
